About this policy
This policy describes Contribloom, a personal contribution-planning app. It covers the Android app and the companion pages supplied with it. The contact listed below is the app contact assigned for this project.

Your planning information
You may enter project titles, briefs, contribution labels, descriptions, roles, resources, actions, questions, connections and notes. These records are kept in the app’s private storage on your device. The app does not transmit your planning records to a server.

Drafts and saved projects
Changes to the working draft are committed locally as you make them. Saving a project places an independent record in your project collection. Duplicating creates a separate alternative. A failed write is reported; it is not described as a successful save.

Permissions and device access
The Android app does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or direct-call permissions. It uses the Android document picker only after you choose an export. The app does not read other apps’ private files.

Accounts and profiles
Contribloom does not require an account or sign-in. Names or role descriptions that you choose to type are ordinary local project text, not verified profiles or an online directory.

Analytics and advertising
The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or remote crash-reporting SDK. It does not send usage events, project contents or a device identifier to us. Ordinary operating-system behavior is controlled by your device and its settings.

External contact actions
Email, phone and website buttons ask Android to open another app with the fixed contact destination. No project is attached automatically. Opening a composer or dialer is not sending a message or placing a call. The receiving application and service have their own privacy practices.

Exports you choose
You can preview and export a project brief, structured project data or a diagram. Exports can contain the names, descriptions and notes you entered. Review the content before saving it. A document provider you choose may synchronize files to a cloud service under its own settings.

Device backup configuration
The Android package requests that its private planning storage be excluded from automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Your own exports are separate files. Device manufacturers, system tools or a user-directed device backup may have behavior outside the app’s control.

How long records remain
Local drafts, saved projects and preferences remain until you delete them, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. The app does not apply an automatic expiry period to your projects. Exported files remain wherever you chose to save them.

Deleting local work
Project deletion and clearing the workspace require confirmation. Removing a local project does not remove an exported file, recall a message or change anyone else’s records. You can manage exported files in the document provider or file manager where you saved them.

Storage and security
Planning files are stored inside the app’s Android storage area. This is not a claim of additional app-level encryption. Protect your device with appropriate access controls. Avoid entering information you do not want to keep in a personal planning file.

Errors and recovery
If saved data cannot be read, the app preserves the original file and offers a recovery export instead of silently replacing it. In-memory work after a failed write is not durable until a later save succeeds. Keep the screen open and export a copy if storage continues to fail.

Age and personal information
The app is a general personal planning tool. It does not ask for age, child profiles or information about other people from your address book. If you type personal information into a project, it follows the same local storage and export behavior described here.

Your choices
You can view, edit, export or delete your local records through the app. For a message you send outside the app, contact its recipient about that message. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.

Policy and app changes
A future version may change features or data handling. Its policy should describe the behavior of that version. This bundled policy is dated 27 October 2026. A local update must not be treated as evidence that an external website has also been updated.

Companion website
The supplied website is static and has no analytics, account form or server-side project submission. Its demonstration is transient. If the pages are hosted, the hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as an IP address. Links to other websites follow those websites’ policies.
